Shipping policy

We ship from Scarborough, Ontario, to addresses across Canada. We don’t ship outside Canada at this time.

Processing time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days of shipping by Canada Post, depending on your province. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order.

Tracking: You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it, but you’ll pay the new shipping charge.

Delivery delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions or strikes are outside our control, but we’ll keep you updated if your order is affected.
